Shipping and Return InformationHow soon will you ship my order? When you order before 4:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, your order will normally ship the next business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST, or on Saturday and Sunday, will normally ship within 48 hours. How long will it take for my order to arrive? What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide. I live outside the U.S.A. - Will I be charged a customs fee or tax? Most countries today charge their citizens an import duty or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and you will be responsible for this cost. Is the package discreet? Yes. Your order is delivered in a plain package, with our name, Nathans Natural, and your name and address. Do you do have any type of Auto Ship Program? You might be familiar with some companies that have an "auto-ship" program in which they charge you each and every month. We do nothing of the sort. When you purchase from us, it is a one time charge. If you care to reorder simply call us toll free, or order online. How come you don't have any free trials? 99% of all "free trials" are not really "free". If they were free then why do they still ask you for your credit card information? Because after you get the "free sample", they will charge you the full price of the item within 30 days. Then each month they will keep charging your credit card and send you products you probably don't even want. This is how they make money. What is your return policy? Our return policy is simple. You have up to 30 days to return our product, from your order date. We will refund your order and only charge for our shipping fees. No re-stocking fees and no special cancellation process.
